Our Return Policy

Due to the fact that all of our flowers are hand-picked to the customer's specifications and shipped fresh directly from Ecuador, we have to maintain that all sales through 100Roses.net are final. 

If you are for some reason unhappy with your order, contact us via email within 24 hours of the delivery and we will be happy to assist you.  Photos of the roses must be included in email.

Our Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via FedEx from Ecuador to the United States, the transit time is approximately 3 days.
